Frequently Asked Questions
What is BeepSync?
BeepSync is built for Boxing and MMA training. It uses BeepCues, timed rounds, movement, defence, combinations and progress tracking to make solo rounds sharper and easier to repeat.
Is BeepSync only for boxing?
No. BeepSync has Boxing and MMA training lanes. Its cue-based structure can also support striking-based martial arts where timed rounds, movement, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and combinations are relevant.
Is BeepSync just a boxing timer?
No. BeepSync includes timed rounds, but it is not just a basic timer app. Pro, Adaptive and Edge are cue-based striking modes built around rounds, rhythm, pressure and progress.
What is BeepSync Pro?
BeepSync Pro is the serious round timer. It includes Boxing and MMA lanes, structured rounds, BeepCue sessions, presets, pressure timing, session history and progress tracking, with extra drills, prep and recovery tools.
What is BeepSync Elite?
Elite is the upgrade for fighters who want more. It adds MODUS OS, Adaptive, Edge, Virtual Coach, Camp tools, MODUS REPORT and deeper progress reads.
What is MODUS OS?
MODUS OS is inside BeepSync Elite. It works offline on your device, using your BeepSync rounds, check-ins and training history to show what to work on next.
Does BeepSync replace a coach?
No. BeepSync supports structured solo training. It does not replace a coach, diagnose performance, or teach technique on its own.
Does BeepSync analyse my technique?
No. BeepSync does not analyse technique unless a future feature is specifically built for that purpose. Current BeepSync tools do not claim video technique analysis or punch-power measurement.
Can I use BeepSync without internet?
Core training sessions are built around the app experience. Some website, purchase, account, update or store features may require internet access. Avoid treating the whole product as internet-free.
How do BeepCues work?
BeepCues are timed audio and visual cues that guide training rhythm, movement, defence and striking actions inside structured rounds.
What should I do before using BeepSync?
Train in a safe space, warm up properly, use appropriate equipment, and only perform movements you can control safely. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe fatigue.

BeepSync Pro Manual
BeepSync Pro is the serious round timer. Use this guide to understand the basic flow before starting a session.
Recommended Setup
BeepSync is built around audio cues and hands-free movement. Earphones or headphones keep BeepCues clear over gym noise, and a tripod or stable phone mount lets you see rounds, timers and cues without holding your phone during a session.
1. Choose your lane
Start by choosing the training lane that fits your session. BeepSync supports Boxing and MMA lanes, so your session structure can match the type of striking work you want to perform.
2. Set your round structure
Choose your round length, rest time and session setup. BeepSync uses timed rounds, but the training is built around cues, rhythm and action, not just counting down time.
3. Follow the BeepCues
During a session, BeepCues guide the rhythm of your work. Depending on the mode, cues can support movement, defence, combinations, pressure, timing and striking actions.
4. Use drills and tools
Pro includes extra drills and tools around the main round timer. They help with rhythm, cue-sequence recall, combinations, prep, recovery and consistency.
5. Check your session after training
Use the post-session check to record how the session felt. That gives BeepSync something real to build from next time. If your smartwatch or fitness tracker shows sleep, heart-rate or recovery figures, you can also type them into the pre-session and post-session checks yourself.
6. Track your progress
Session history, stats and pinned sessions help you see what you have done, repeat useful sessions and keep your training structure consistent.
7. Upgrade when you need deeper progression
Elite adds MODUS OS, Adaptive, Edge, Virtual Coach, Camp tools and deeper progress reads for athletes who want more help deciding what to work on next.
8. Train safely
BeepSync gives structure, not supervision. Use safe space, proper equipment and controlled movement. Do not use BeepSync to replace coaching, medical advice or technical instruction.
