BeepSync is training software built for structured Boxing and MMA training. It is not medical advice, not injury diagnosis, and not a replacement for live coaching, clinical care, or common-sense training judgement.
Who Operates BeepSync
BeepSync is built and operated by its developer. These Terms govern your use of the BeepSync app and this website. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by the licence terms under which you obtained it from the App Store — see App Store Licence below.
Eligibility & Appropriate Use
BeepSync is intended for people old enough to consent to using this kind of app store service in their country, and who are physically able to safely undertake the kind of training the app guides. You are responsible for deciding whether BeepSync's training is appropriate for you, including any medical or physical condition you may have.
Fitness & Combat-Training Risk
BeepSync guides boxing, MMA, striking, conditioning, roadwork, strength work and movement/drills. Training of this kind carries inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury, regardless of how the session is guided or timed. Use appropriate protective equipment, train in a safe environment, and train within your own physical limits.
Not Medical Advice
BeepSync does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose injury or illness, and does not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional. Nothing in the app, including readiness, RPE, MODUS OS or HELIX output, should be treated as a medical assessment.
Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for:
- • Choosing an appropriate intensity for your own condition
- • Your training environment and equipment
- • Stopping when something does not feel safe
- • Following professional or medical advice where applicable
Audio & Visual Training Cues
BeepCues and related visual cues are training guidance — timing prompts to structure a round. They do not guarantee a safe outcome, correct technique, or any particular training result. You decide how to respond to a cue based on what is safe for you in the moment.
MODUS OS & Recommendations
MODUS OS, HELIX and related recommendation features describe training guidance based on your own history. They are not a guarantee of performance, progression, or safety, and they are not medical advice.
ROADWORK & Location
If you use ROADWORK for outdoor sessions, you are responsible for your surroundings, traffic, route safety, and lawful use of public spaces while training. BeepSync measures distance and pace from your device's location during the session — see the Privacy Policy for how that works — but it does not assess whether a route or environment is safe.
Purchases
BeepSync Pro is a one-time App Store purchase that unlocks Pro access permanently on your Apple ID.
BeepSync Elite is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually, managed through Apple. Cancelling an Elite subscription does not remove access before the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds & Billing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled through Apple's own refund process, not by BeepSync directly — BeepSync has no ability to issue or control App Store refunds.
Intellectual Property
BeepSync branding, the BeepCues system, BeepSync's training systems and content, and the materials on this website and in the app belong to BeepSync. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them outside of normal, personal use of the app and website without permission.
Availability & Changes
Features, pricing, availability, and platform support may change as BeepSync develops. This applies in particular to Lab and other experimental features, which may be changed, paused, or removed as they are refined. We do not promise permanent availability of every feature as it exists today.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BeepSync — including attempting to reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law permits, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in a way that could harm BeepSync, other users, or third parties.
Liability
You remain responsible for your own training decisions, environment and physical readiness. To the extent permitted by law, BeepSync is provided without additional warranties beyond those required by consumer protection law, and BeepSync's liability is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by law, and nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Governing Law
BeepSync is operated by an individual developer based in England. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory rights and protections provided by the laws of the country where you live, regardless of anything else in these Terms.
App Store Licence
Your licence to use the BeepSync iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless BeepSync adopts a custom EULA in future.
