Move To The Cue, Not The Clock
Audio cues carry the round. Your eyes stay up.
BeepSync cues shadow boxing rounds by ear: rhythm, pace changes and round structure, so you can move, shift your feet and keep your head up instead of glancing at a phone.
Shadow Boxing Flows and BeepCues are built into BeepSync Pro.
A normal phone stopwatch interrupts shadow boxing the moment you have to look at it. BeepSync's shadow boxing timer runs on audio cues instead: it holds the round, marks pace changes and keeps rhythm moving, so your eyes stay up, your feet stay moving, and the phone can sit on a stand rather than in your hand.
What Hands-Free Training Needs
Hands-free rounds
Rounds that run without needing to hold, tap or glance at the phone mid-movement.
Rhythm and pace changes
Cues that can shift pace inside a round, so shadow boxing doesn't settle into one flat speed.
Room to move
Timing that supports footwork and head movement, not just stationary combinations.
Audio that carries
Cues clear enough to train on without needing to check a screen to know where you are.
Shadow Boxing Flows
Shadow Boxing Flows are flow-based striking rounds built for movement, rhythm and control: head movement, footwork, defence and freeflow work, cued by ear rather than counted on a screen. Visual cues stay available for setup and for checking your session afterwards.
Trains: Head movement, footwork, defence, freeflow

BeepSync does not analyse your movement or teach boxing technique. It cues rhythm, pace and round structure for shadow boxing; the technique, form and correction are between you and your own eyes, a mirror, or a coach.
Recommended Setup
Earphones or headphones make cues clearest, especially in a busy gym. A tripod or stable mount keeps your phone visible while you train hands-free, so you can glance at it between rounds without holding it during one.
Common Questions
Can I use BeepSync without holding my phone?
Yes. Shadow boxing rounds are built to run on audio cues, so once the session starts you can set your phone down or mount it and keep your hands and eyes free to move.
Are the cues audible over gym noise?
Cues are designed to be heard clearly during training. For louder environments, using earphones or headphones gives the clearest result.
Does it analyse my shadow boxing?
No. BeepSync does not analyse movement or teach boxing technique. It cues rhythm, pace and round structure; the movement and technique are on you.
What setup works best?
Earphones or headphones for clear cues, and a tripod or stable mount so your phone stays visible while you train hands-free. See Recommended Setup below.
