MODUS OS
Powered by Helix Core.
MODUS OS is built into BeepSync Elite. It uses offline session intelligence to turn completed training history into the next useful command.
It does not pretend to know what it has not seen. It works from the rounds and check-ins you actually complete.
Included with BeepSync Elite. See Founding Launch Pricing.
What is MODUS-HELIX?
MODUS-HELIX is the custom-built operating system behind BeepSync Elite. MODUS uses completed sessions, progression and recent training history to decide what is useful next. Helix provides the local processing underneath it. Both run on the device and do not rely on AI, chatbot coaching or generic cloud personalisation.
No cloud model running the core engines. No pretending. MODUS gets more useful as you put more rounds in.
Helix Core does the background work. MODUS OS shows the read.

What MODUS reads
MODUS OS builds its picture from the rounds, check-ins and training history inside BeepSync.
Completed sessions
Effort checks
Session history
Progress across skill lanes
Recent training
Camp work where relevant
Post session checks
Device metrics you enter
MODUS does not read anything outside BeepSync. It does not use external AI models. It does not diagnose fatigue or injury, and it does not analyse technique without video.

Smartwatch and fitness tracker data
Optional. If your smartwatch or fitness tracker shows sleep, heart-rate or recovery figures, you can type them into the pre-session and post-session checks. BeepSync does not connect to your watch or read it automatically. MODUS uses what you enter alongside completed rounds and effort check-ins, giving it more to work from when it reads effort, recovery and progression. The figures stay on your device.

The engine underneath
Helix Core provides the local processing underneath MODUS, interpreting completed work, progression and training history on the device. It works quietly in the background and does not require user management.
Helix does not diagnose fatigue, measure punch power or replace coaching. It keeps your BeepSync training history organised.

Six Skill Lanes
Six hidden skill lanes use your effort check-ins and training history to shape difficulty. Not a population average. Yours.

How MODUS Adapts
Uses completed sessions, effort patterns and recent work to keep recommendations tied together.

What MODUS Does Not Do
An Honest Limitation
MODUS gets more useful the more you train. Early sessions build a baseline. Later sessions give it more to work with. If you only train twice, it will not know much yet. That is honest. Not a bug.
MODUS REPORT
MODUS REPORT pulls your training into one place. It shows what you have been doing, what has changed, and what to focus on next. It is a summary of your own training data, not a prediction or a medical assessment.
Export your report
Save your progression report as a PDF for your own records or share it with your coach when you choose.
